Your Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join our team in a Patient Service Center. In this role, you will:
- Perform skilled blood specimen collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
- Collect specimens for various tests, including drug screens and paternity tests.
- Accurately enter patient information and process billing as needed.
- Prepare specimens for testing and maintain patient logs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, being the friendly face of LabCorp.
- Handle administrative tasks and travel to additional sites when required.
Work Schedule
Your planned work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Please note that hours and location may vary based on business needs.
Location
This position is based in London, Kentucky.

Part-time employees working less than 20 hours are eligible for the 401(k) Plan. Additionally, Phlebotomy Service Technicians may qualify for the PST Incentive Plan, which offers quarterly bonuses based on performance metrics.
Job Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency, or previous experience as a phlebotomist.
- A proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- The ability to pass a standardized color blindness test.
