- This position is in-person in Laurel Maryland
- This work days for this position are Tuesday - Saturday
- Tuesday - Friday : 8:00AM - 5:00PM
- Saturday : 7:00AM - 1:00PM
- Training hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM (3-4 weeks)
Job Summary:
The Coordinator I is the primary point of contact for all inbound customer communication. This role focuses on answering calls, assisting customers with questions, completing reschedules, and supporting store communication needs. The Coordinator I helps maintain smooth daily operations by ensuring customers receive timely and accurate information. While other coordinators can assist during overflow periods, this position owns the customer call workflow as its main priority.
Essential Duties:
Answer inbound customer calls as the primary owner of phone support
Assist customers with questions, scheduling needs, and delivery updates
Assist with billing, invoicing, and shipment verification within required timelines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Complete reschedules and document outcomes accurately
Support communication between stores, drivers and internal teams
Provide basic operational guidance to support daily workflow
Communicate essential updates to drivers and ensure information is accurate
Support Dispatch Track updates as needed for basic entries
Maintain the Driver Uniform Program through ordering, returning, tracking and auditing
Ensure accurate routing of questions to other coordinators or departments if necessary
Provide professional customer support during high volume periods
Replenish install supplies as needed
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Customer service, field service coordination, or call handling experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple inquiries at one time
Ability to utilize basic computer programs.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods of time
Ability to speak on the phone for long durations
Ability to lift up to thirty pounds if needed for filing materials.
