Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in sales, customer service, business development, or leadership.
  • Strong communicator and relationship-builder with excellent follow-through.
  • Competitive, motivated, and growth-minded — ready to commit to a 2-3 year development track.
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (preferred, not required).
  • Located in or willing to commute to the Denver Metro area.
