Job Title: Warehouse Lead
Location: City of Commerce, CA
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Lead will assist in coordinating daily warehouse activities, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met. This role serves as a point of support for team members while working alongside them to maintain efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and guide warehouse staff in daily tasks including picking, packing, labeling, and shipping
- Assist in assigning work and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Monitor workflow and productivity to meet daily goals and deadlines
- Train new employees on procedures, safety guidelines, and company expectations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock organization
- Communicate with supervisors regarding workflow, issues, or staffing needs
- Help resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement efforts
- Perform general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience required; leadership or lead experience preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example and support team members
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills are a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in distribution or logistics environments
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

- Warehouse setting in the City of Commerce
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Requires standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift
