We're seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher for a full-time position in Pembroke, NH, serving middle school students (grades 7 and 8). This role includes some case management.
What You'll Do

Provide individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs.

Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Oversee a student caseload and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that encourages growth and engagement.

Maintain accurate records and consistent communication with families and school staff.

Qualifications

Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Special Education
-
Valid NH Special Education Endorsement (or eligibility to obtain)

Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
