Job Title: Superintendent (Traveling)
Job Location: Traveling
Salary: $120k-$140k + Vehicle + Per diem + bonus + Benefits
Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent + Experience on Commercial projects such as Banks, retail, office buildings, etc. Ground-up experience is required
We are a well-established 250-person General Contractor with a focus on commercial projects. We have a wide range of projects across Commercial, retail, banks, etc.

What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee and manage daily field operations, subcontractors, etc.
- Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
- Monitor construction progress
- Maintain a good client/customer relationship throughout the project
What You Need for this Position
- 6+ years experience as a Superintendent
- Ground-up commercial projects (such as banks, retail, office buildings, or related)
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated
