Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC is looking for a Program Manager, Marketing in Suwanee, GA or in the United States.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing communication and marketing initiatives within our organization. This role will play a crucial role in driving the strategic use of partner benefits, enhancing internal and external communications, and supporting key marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in fostering relationships with program partners, providing field sales marketing support, and executing contractor program marketing strategies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and distribute essential bulletins monthly to engage and inform stakeholders.
- Organize and manage monthly webinars, providing valuable insights and updates.
- Maintain and update the Marketing Teams Channel and Marketing SharePoint page with relevant and current content.
- Coordinate scheduled marketing sends and manage the regular Contractor Program Newsletter, issued quarterly.
- Drive the strategic utilization of partner benefits to enhance contractor success.
- Collaborate with trade partners to develop plans that optimize resources, helping contractors to achieve sales targets and business goals.
- Manage trade partner contractor materials and advertising efforts for increased brand visibility.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for trade partners' marketing teams.
- Work with event planner and contractor program manager to plan, execute, and communicate for Contractor Community Summit, Contractor Roundtables, and Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) Meetings, including registration, material preparation, and strategic execution.
- Develop and implement trade partner advertising strategy, leveraging industry relationships through ACCA, HARDI, and exploring other avenues for contractor outreach.
- Work with Contractor Program Manager to develop and manage all collateral necessary to promote the contractor program, including benefit forms, FAQs, handbooks, and certificates.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to refresh and revitalize program branding.
- Support the Director of Field Marketing to address field needs with targeted resources and materials.
- Act as a liaison between national marketing, contractor program teams, and RMMs.
- Collaborate with Trane & Ferguson national support representatives on contractor programs and marketing support, including potential COOP support.
- Administer national promotions, including spiffs and other marketing efforts.
- Work with lead coordinators and the digital team to manage and improve lead processes.
- Document and optimize the processes between marketing and field operations to ensure effective workflow.
- Assist with managing the development of templated materials for the HEAR campaigns.
- Assist with campaign development for the HEAR campaigns.
- Remote position, or out of Suwanee office.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or relevant field.
- 4 years’ proven experience in marketing project management and marketing communication.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to lead marketing programs and support field marketing initiatives.
- Proficient in managing multi-channel communications and strategic event planning.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ideal candidate will be proficient in using SalesForce, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Jira and Microsoft Office (Teams, Excell, Word, Power Point).
- Willing to travel up to 25% to for various Company meetings and training.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $85,600 and $117,700 per year, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including target bonus plans and discretionary awards. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Employees will also receive 80 hours of vacation per year, 56 hours of paid sick leave annually, and 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, depending on hire date. Employees may also take up to 12 weeks of paid or unpaid [parental/disability/emergency/etc.] leave, if eligible.
