Production Supervisor Compensation:
- Payrate: $35.75 per hour
- Must be open to any shift, including weekends, to meet overtime and production needs.
Production Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Supervise 30-40 hourly employees in a unionized environment.
- Maintain staffing levels, including managing call-offs and reassignments.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, SIS, WCM, or similar methodologies.
- Coach, lead, and develop team members to improve performance.
- Collaborate with plant pillars and cross-functional teams.
- Enforce consistent work rules and support a positive labor-management relationship.
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly and effectively.

Education/Licenses Needed
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing workforce preferred.
