Full-Time – 40 Hours/week
Location: Vancouver, WA (Hybrid: Remote work on Mondays and Fridays)

What You’ll Do
Executive Assistant and Leadership Support
•\tProvide direct administrative and operational support to the Executive Director.
•\tManage schedules, priorities, correspondence, and special projects.
•\tAnticipate needs, streamline workflows, and keep leadership focused on what matters most.
Operations and Organization
•\tMaintain accurate records in Salesforce and internal systems
•\tSupport vendors (IT, website, and other partners) and assist with reporting and presentations
•\tMonitor systems, troubleshoot basic tech issues, and keep processes running efficiently.
Communication and Digital Support
•\tCreate and schedule social media content and maintain website/blog updates
•\tSupport newsletters and email campaigns, that share our impact and engage the community.
Client and Program Support
•\tAssist with client inquiries, documentation, and follow-up as needed.

Qualifications:
•\tProficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.
•\tNonprofit, administrative, or operations experience a plus.
