The Food Runner plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless dining experience by efficiently delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner. This position requires close coordination with kitchen staff and servers to maintain accuracy and uphold high standards of food presentation and safety. The Food Runner must be able to work effectively during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating stamina and attention to detail throughout their shift. By maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety procedures, the Food Runner contributes to a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business schedule.
- Physical capability to lift and carry heavy weights safely and repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Full range of mobility including standing for long periods, reaching overhead, and performing repetitive motions.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to food handling and workplace safety.
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with room service delivery in a hotel or similar setting.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems or order tracking technology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.

- Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed, and support other team members during busy periods.
