Epic Personnel Partners is actively hiring an Inspector for a manufacturing facility in Windsor, CT.

Pay Rate: $17–$30/hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00AM–5:00PM | Full-Time

Duties: The Inspector is responsible for performing a wide range of inspections, tests, and quality control activities to ensure that products meet company and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections, testing, and sampling throughout the product manufacturing process.
• Perform packaging line inspections and sample incoming components and raw materials to verify quality compliance.
• Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation for proper operation.
• Prepare detailed product verification documentation and assist in drafting procedures.
• Validate and troubleshoot testing methods, including assays.
• Apply approval or rejection labels to bulk raw materials after analytical evaluation.
• Perform dimensional inspections on parts to ensure compliance with codes and specifications.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Technical/Trade School or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2-6 years of experience in quality control or inspection roles.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and apply sound judgment in decision-making.
• Experience preparing quality documentation and validating testing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and non-conformances.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with supervisors and managers.
