Burgess is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is responsible for producing and delivering high-quality marketing content, managing digital and print campaigns, and coordinating events that enhance our brand presence and support our sales team.

Responsibilities

Create, deliver, and edit marketing materials for various platforms.

Ensure brand messaging is consistent with company strategies and sales goals.

Manage content and engagement across social media channels.

Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns and mass mailings.

Design brochures and sales tools to support business development.

Support public relations initiatives to promote Burgess.

Write and distribute press releases, white papers, newsletters, and blog content.

Administer customer survey processes and analyze feedback.

Plan and manage conference exhibits and tradeshow logistics.

Maintain and update the company website; monitor and report web analytics.

Organize client award programs and appreciation events.

Track and manage the department's marketing budget and expenses.

Perform general administrative duties as needed (copying, scanning, emailing, etc.).

Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.

Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications

CRM and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)

Education & Experience:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (preferred).

2+ years of experience in a marketing role required.
Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.

Occasional movement around the office.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.

Ability to kneel, stoop, or crouch as needed.

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
