Position: Clinical Supervisor RN
Location: Lewiston, Maine
Department: Cardiac Cath Lab
Available Shifts: Nights
Compensation: Up to $1,828.40 – $2,648.80 gross weekly
Assignment Duration: 12 weeks

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative oversight and support in partnership with the Unit Director/Manager.
- Assume administrative duties for the unit in the absence of the Director/Manager.
- Develop and execute departmental strategies, performance improvement initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee staff orientation, training, and continuous education.
- Communicate effectively with staff, physicians, and leadership through both verbal and written means.
- Be accountable for staff performance, quality of patient care, and unit operations during assigned shifts.
- Support daily unit functions, including supervising, directing, and evaluating personnel.
- Ensure optimal utilization of staff, equipment, and resources.
- Provide direct patient care as necessary within the scope of practice.
- Continuously evaluate patient care and guide staff in adjusting care plans as required.
Qualifications
- Must possess a current and valid state Registered Nurse license.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire and must be maintained.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required upon hire and must be maintained.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Clinical Supervisor RN is required.
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification is preferred for Intensive Care settings.
- For Non-OB Facilities, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is required upon hire and must be maintained.
