Our modular sofa, hailed as The Worlds Greatest Modular Sofa, blends high-end design with everyday practicality. Now, were looking for an Operations Associate to join our growing team and support the backbone of our customer and showroom operations.


Your Role in the 7th Avenue Experience



As an Operations Associate, youll play a critical role in managing cross-functional communication, fulfilling showroom, marketing, and replacement orders, and keeping our operational workflows running efficiently. Youll report to the Operations Manager and collaborate closely with warehouse teams, sales, marketing, and concierge.



How Youll Make an Impact


Own Order Fulfillment & Allocation

  • Ensure all outbound showroom, marketing, and customer replacement orders ship on timeno late orders where inventory is available.
  • Review inventory availability daily to ensure accurate allocation.
  • Manage internal requests and order modifications from teams across Sales, Marketing, and Concierge.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Communicate with urgency and clarity to warehouse and management teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases tied to fulfillment and inventory.
  • Help update and enforce SOPs, and spot ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Lead with Communication & Attention to Detail

  • Act as a frontline communicator for the Ops Teamresponding to all inquiries by days end (Inbox 0 KPI).
  • Perform high-level order auditing to ensure standards are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure timely execution of time-sensitive tasks and team priorities.


What You Bring to the Team

  • 2+ years in an operational or logistics role
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a strong focus on grammar and clarity
  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Bachelors degree in business, operations management, or related field (preferred)
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Technically proficient in Google Suite, NetSuite, Notion, Slack, Gorgias, Aircall, DispatchTrack (or similar tools)
  • Strong team player who can work independently and collaboratively
  • Previous experience in logistics, inventory, or fulfillment is a plus
