Key Responsibilities (may vary by client):

• Assess patients with physical, psychosocial, and/or cognitive challenges to determine the potential benefits of occupational therapy for enhancing their quality of life.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team to promote or sustain patient well-being.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of care provided and engage in care coordination with other team members.
• Educate and train caregivers and family members of patients.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants and Aides, as needed, ensuring patient care aligns with individual requirements.
