Healthcare Enrollment Operations Specialist
Location: Grapevine, TX | Hybrid after 90 days (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Compensation & Schedule
• Up to $60,000 annually
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT
• Full-time, W2
ROLE IMPACT
This position supports key enrollment and waiver operations for school-based healthcare programs while leveraging transferable skills from benefits, insurance, financial services, or compliance-driven operations. You’ll help ensure systems are set up correctly, troubleshoot data issues, and improve processes that directly impact students, families, and partner organizations.
Your work will play a central role in maintaining compliance, streamlining workflows, and improving the service experience during critical enrollment cycles. This is also a career-growth role, with opportunities to advance into client services, partner management, or leadership pathways.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage setup and updates for enrollment and waiver tools used by academic and partner clients
• Collaborate across departments and occasionally with external partners to resolve service issues and escalations
• Help test and launch new system features during project rollouts
• Research and resolve data problems, including compliance and logic issues in the system
• Suggest and help implement process improvements across programs and workflows
• Contribute to internal guides, training resources, and occasionally lead trainings on system tools
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience in benefits, insurance, healthcare, or financial services operations)
• 2+ years of experience in operations, systems support, benefits administration, or process improvement
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve escalations quickly
• Able to follow detailed processes and explain them clearly to others
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Client and enrollment platforms (training provided)
• Ticketing and tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar CRM/case management platforms)
• Excel reporting and data analysis
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in education, healthcare enrollment, insurance services, or financial services operations
• Familiarity with compliance-driven workflows and contract auditing
• Prior involvement in cross-functional project rollouts or system testing
• Experience creating documentation, FAQs, or training resources
