Our firm is currently seeking an Clerical Assistant to join our team! This is an entry level position in which you will be responsible for a multitude of clerical and record keeping tasks related to tracking of attorney hours, posting client fees, filing, billing, electronic document storage and accounts receivable.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain billing and fee data for accounting records
- Assists bookkeeper/administrative assistant and office manager with routine clerical tasks
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Assist with social media and web marketing
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous clerical experience in an office setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, Excel
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and initiative and desire to cross train in other areas
