Beacon Hill Financial has partnered with a locally based client in the search for a Junior Accountant to join their team. This position will report directly to the Senior VP and will be responsible for processing payments and assisting with month-end reconciliations. Candidates should be comfortable being in a customer facing role as this job will require working, at times, with individual consumers. Essential Job Duties
- Review and process transactions
- Ensure compliance with company regulations
- Prepare quarterly bank statements
- Assist with annual unclaimed property report
- Respond to inquiries during internal audits
- Ensure all account changes are completed within required time-frames
- Other tasks as assigned
