Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mold Remediation Estimator / Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for performing on-site inspections, preparing accurate mold removal estimates using Xactimate software, and closing sales with residential and commercial customers.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in restoration estimating, solid sales skills, and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Xactimate (required).
- Previous experience in mold remediation, restoration, or construction estimating (required).
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site evaluations to assess the scope and extent of mold damage.
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate.
- Present and explain estimates to customers, ensuring they understand the proposed work and associated costs.
- Generate and close sales by building trust and providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with project managers and technicians to ensure a smooth project handoff.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, customer communications, and job progress.
- Stay up to date on industry standards, insurance procedures, and company offerings.
