+ About the job:
The Accounts Receivable Analyst will manage all aspects of AR, including billing, collections, cash applications,
and sales tax compliance. This role ensures accurate customer records, reconciliations, and reporting while
supporting cross-departmental needs.
+ We’re looking for someone who:
• Has 3–5 years of financial or accounting experience (additional education may substitute for some
experience)
• Is proficient with accounting software, databases, spreadsheets, and word processing tools
• Pays close attention to detail and works with high accuracy
• Can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Communicates effectively across departments
• (Preferred) Has completed 2 years of college coursework in accounting, business, or related fields
• (Preferred) Has experience with Acumatica
+ What you’ll do:
• Maintain accurate customer records, billing, and sales tax information
• Record cash receipts and post payments (checks, wires, ACH, credit cards)
• Prepare and process electronic daily bank deposits
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and transaction research
• Manage credit and collections, including AR aging review and compliance with collection laws
• Process customer refunds as needed
• Maintain resale certificates across all registered states
• Develop procedures for sales tax filings and file payments for multiple states
• Review and approve accounting cases in CRM to release orders for shipping
• Email invoices and credit memos daily while monitoring open balances
• Reconcile AR sub-ledger to the general ledger monthly
• Perform special analyses and assignments for Finance and Accounting leadership
• Maintain reports on problem accounts with updates and recommendations
