About the Role:
Were looking for a proactive, organized, and personable Office Assistant to join our growing team. This person will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and supporting our Operations Manager with administrative and customer-facing tasks.
If you're a self-starter whos comfortable on the phone, great at staying organized, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to help wherever needed, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them as needed
- Make outbound phone calls to potential customers to explain and promote our services
- Perform general administrative duties: filing, data entry, email correspondence, document prep
- Assist the Operations Manager with various ongoing tasks and projects
- Keep office supplies stocked and organized
- Other duties as needed flexibility is key!
