Schedule: Part-Time (~30 hours/week)
Compensation: $14/hour + Bonus/Commission Opportunities

About the Role:


Were looking for a proactive, organized, and personable Office Assistant to join our growing team. This person will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and supporting our Operations Manager with administrative and customer-facing tasks.

If you're a self-starter whos comfortable on the phone, great at staying organized, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to help wherever needed, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them as needed

  • Make outbound phone calls to potential customers to explain and promote our services

  • Perform general administrative duties: filing, data entry, email correspondence, document prep

  • Assist the Operations Manager with various ongoing tasks and projects

  • Keep office supplies stocked and organized

  • Other duties as needed flexibility is key!
