Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time Outpatient Adult Psychiatrist. Located in Troy, New York, our hospital provides a comprehensive behavioral health program that encompasses inpatient services across three units, along with a strong outpatient program situated on the hospital grounds. An interdisciplinary team is dedicated to delivering specialized care tailored to the medical, psychiatric, and social needs of older adult patients.

This position is available for immediate hiring and will integrate you into a collaborative team of counselors, therapists, psychiatrists, case managers, and nurse practitioners, all committed to offering compassionate care to our patients.

Position Overview:

• The Psychiatrist will be responsible for providing outpatient services to adult patients at the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic.
• On-call rotation: 1:6 weekends; 1:7 weeknights.

Qualifications:

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
• Preferred experience in an outpatient environment.
• DEA and New York State licensure are required.
• Strong clinical and communication skills, along with a commitment to team-oriented, high-quality care.

Compensation Package: Our organization provides a competitive salary and benefits package that includes:

• Compensation ranging from $318,449 to $354,957, based on experience, with opportunities for additional earnings through a generous quality incentive.
• The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not account for productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, and other applicable cash compensation. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is in accordance with state regulations and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
• Relocation assistance is available.
• A starting bonus of $35,000.
• A retention bonus of $15,000 at the start of the second year.
• A retention bonus of $15,000 at the start of the third year.
