Job Summary:The Office Associate will serve as the first responder for servicing multi-function devices (MFDs) and printers within a school district. This role involves on-site troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and resolving printer-related issues while ensuring timely service and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first responder to service MFDs and printers within the school district
- Travel to various schools to perform on-site support and maintenance
- Troubleshoot printer and device-related issues
- Clear paper jams and perform basic hardware servicing
- Use computer systems to document service activities and reports
Required Skills:
- Printer technician experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer skills for service reporting
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations
