Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations through a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process rent bills and manage related documentation
- Update lease records and maintain accurate data
- Perform data entry and ensure database integrity
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Provide general administrative support and handle ad hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
