What Aptive is looking for:

  • Sell door-to-door pest control services to prospective customers
  • Experience in outside sales or client service environment (Preferred)
  • Passion for people and outstanding customer service skills
  • Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales success

As a first-year rep, you will utilize your strengths and our company training to:

  • Sell door-to-door pest control services to prospective customers
  • Work a minimum of 40 hours a week and are willing to work during holidays
  • Provide excellent customer service to the client base and handle objections effectively
  • Master sales techniques and improve communication skills, leadership qualities, and time management

How Aptive compensates your work:

  • Sales positions have a tiered commission structure.
  • Average entry-level representatives earn $18,000-$26,000 in a summer (12 weeks), while top entry-level representatives earn $35,000+ in a summer (12 weeks).
