About the Role:
We are seeking an Employee Onboarding & Compliance Specialist to join our team in Tulsa, OK. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. Your ability to multitask, navigate multiple systems, and provide top-tier support will be essential to success in this role.
What You’ll Do:

Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring all new hires complete necessary paperwork and training.

Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Utilize multiple systems and screens to track, update, and process onboarding documentation.

Provide excellent customer service by assisting new employees with questions and concerns.

Collaborate with HR and management to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
