Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist!\n\nJob Description:\n\n- Exciting Opportunity: Be part of a dynamic team making a difference in patient rehabilitation at our Paso Robles location.\n \n- Work Schedule: Enjoy flexibility with 8-hour workdays, 5 days a week, or opt for a 4x10 schedule.\n\n- Your Role: \n - Implement patient rehabilitation programs to enhance mobility, function, and strength.\n - Evaluate and treat patients using innovative therapy methods.\n - Supervise PT Assistants and Aides, ensuring optimal patient care.\n \n- Key Responsibilities:\n - Hold an active license as a Physical Therapist in your state.\n - Maintain and enhance your PT skills and certifications regularly.\n - Utilize Electronic Medical Record systems effectively for documentation.\n - Communicate with medical professionals to ensure quality patient care.\n - Conduct thorough evaluations and create detailed discharge summaries.\n \n- Patient Interaction:\n - Ensure patient comfort and address any inquiries.\n - Collaborate closely with front office staff for seamless scheduling.\n \n- Documentation and Compliance:\n - Ensure accurate patient chart documentation and follow-up.\n - Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies on patient privacy.\n \n- Physical Requirements:\n - Be physically mobile; the role includes walking, sitting, and standing for extended periods.\n - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients with mobility.\n\n- A Rewarding Environment:\n - Work in a supportive outpatient/rehabilitation setting.\n - Engage in business marketing and referral processes when necessary.\n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
