Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students and staff for the 2026-2027 school year as a full-time Occupational Therapist. You’ll play a vital role as one of two OTs within the district, working collaboratively with educators and providing services throughout the district. Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Must hold, or be willing to secure, a valid WA Occupational Therapy license/certification
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement Tier 1 supports within school teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable serving a caseload of around 30 students
- Skill in collaborating with staff and being flexible as part of a district-wide team
- Must provide professional references for district review
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct OT services in accordance with student IEPs
- Design and implement Tier 1 interventions and supports for staff
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and progress reports
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Adapt services to meet diverse student needs across multiple school sites
- Participate actively in team meetings and district initiatives
