Honeybird in La Canada Flintridge is looking for a kitchen manager to join our strong team. We are located on 714 Foothill Blvd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop cooks to company standards
• Maintain and develop menus in accordance with business needs
• Anticipate ingredient needs and arrange re-stock accordingly
• Ensure a productive kitchen flow that upholds business standards

Qualifications

• Experience working as a km or akm
• High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines
• Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed
• Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume
