Job Title: Line Cook

About Us:
The Blarney Stone Sports Bar and Grill is a fast-paced casual dining sports bar, neighborhood favorite known for our pizzas and wings. We take pride in delivering high-quality food and excellent service to every guest.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to order, maintaining a clean and organized station, and working collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and standards

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Work as part of a team to ensure timely, high-quality food service

• Assist with prep and cleaning tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred

• Ability to follow recipes and procedures consistently

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain)
