We are seeking Flexo Press Assistants to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Plymouth, MN. This role supports press operations by ensuring materials are loaded correctly, quality standards are met, and equipment is supplied efficiently.
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00am–2:00pm (Monday–Friday)
- 2nd Shift: 2:00pm–Midnight (Monday–Thursday)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Load and supply press equipment with raw materials
- Inspect materials for defects (splices, breaks, roll damage)
- Assist press operators as needed
- Perform testing to meet customer specifications
- Enter production data into APEX system
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks
- Store and manage materials in racking systems
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Forklift or PIT experience preferred
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read manuals and production schedules
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Team-oriented and willing to learn
Physical Requirements
- Regular standing and walking
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Bending, kneeling, reaching as required
