Independent Wine Sales Rep – Quintessential Wines (5% Commission)
Territory: Open to All Areas; most focused on small to midsize markets/cities (Based on your location)
Compensation: 5% Commission on Collected Net Sales (Uncapped)

We are seeking proven wine sales reps with an established book of business to operate as independent brokers—leveraging their current relationships while expanding distribution of a highly respected imported portfolio.

Territory Structure
Your territory will be defined based on where you already have strong account relationships and proven sales traction.ALL\tBuilt around your existing geography and call points
o\tSupplier Broker: work with our distributors in your local market to drive Quintessential business. (5% of Net sales to retail)

The Model
\t5% commission on all collected Net sales
\tImmediate ability to sell into accounts you already manage
\tGrow incremental revenue with a portfolio that sells
\tOperate independently with importer support (logistics, supplier access, programming)
What You'll Do
\tDrive placements and reorders within your existing account base
\tIntroduce Quintessential wines into your current relationships
\tExpand distribution across on- and off-premise channels
\tProspect selectively to grow your territory
\tExecute tastings, staff trainings, and account programming

Qualifications
\t3+ years of wine sales experience
\tEstablished, active book of business
\tStrong relationships with on- and/or off-premise buyers
\tProven ability to sell premium and imported wines
Compensation Example
\tSupplier Model (5% of Net sales to retail)
o\t$1,000,000 annual net sales ? $50,000 commission
o\t$2,000,000 annual net sales ? $100,000 commission
\tNo cap—income scales with placements and repeat business
