Behavior Technician (BT) – School-Based | West Sacramento, CA | Up to $26/hr | 2025–26 School Year

Covelo Group is hiring School-Based Behavior Technicians (BTs) for the 2025–26 school year in West Sacramento, CA.

This is an excellent opportunity for those with ABA experience or those interested in behavioral health to support students with behavioral challenges in a structured school setting.

• Earn up to $26/hr, paid weekly based on experience*
• Monday–Friday school schedule (no nights or weekends)
• Choose full-time or part-time hours
• Benefits start the first of the month after just 30 days full-time (medical, dental, vision, and more)

What You'll Do:

• Provide one-on-one or group behavioral support to K–12 students
• Reinforce positive behavior and help implement IEP or 504 plan strategies
• Track and document student progress daily
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and clinical teams

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• ABA or behavioral support experience (preferred)
• Active BLS certification
