We are a growing CPA firm seeking a reliable and detail oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in a full-time, in-office role. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals while supporting a diverse client base. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Prepare and analyze financial statements</li>
<li>Assist with month end and year end close</li>
<li>Account reconciliations</li>
<li>Support tax preparation and compliance</li>
<li>Collaborate with senior accountants on client engagements and audits</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field</li>
<li>CPA or CPA candidate preferred</li>
<li>2+ years of accounting experience (public accounting experience a plus)</li>
<li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks, Excel)</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities</li>
