Job DescriptionRecruiting Coordinator
Location: Seattle, WA
Employment Type: Temporary, 6 months
Summary:
A growing technology company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help manage high-volume hiring. The coordinator will act as the point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:

Schedule interviews across multiple time zones

Manage candidate travel arrangements when needed

Update applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate status

Prepare and send interview confirmations and instructions

Support recruiters with sourcing projects as needed
Qualifications:
-
1–2 years in an administrative or recruiting support role

Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar preferred)

Excellent communication and scheduling skills
-
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: $23–25/hr
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
