We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Greensburg, PA. They are looking for a candidate for a contract to hire opportunity. Pay: $20-23. This individual will play a key role in supporting office operations, employee benefits administration, and customer/vendor communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain employee files and benefits, including 401(k) administration
Support the implementation and upkeep of company policies and procedures
Handle filing of payments, financial records, and general office documents
Communicate with vendors regarding billing, deliveries, and service agreements
Provide friendly and professional support when interacting with customers
Perform general office work, including scheduling, mail handling, and supplies management
Assist in organizing internal meetings and maintaining office organization

• Proven experience in administrative assistance or office support roles.
• Strong proficiency in data entry and handling office systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workload.
• Familiarity with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling phone calls.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in basic office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
