Key Responsibilities

- Oversee employee scheduling and resource allocation.
- Support member relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Drive sales efforts by closing new memberships and engaging with members.
- Monitor and optimize fulfilment processes for timely delivery of services.
- Develop and implement operational workflows for high efficiency.
- Provide operational data-driven reports and updates weekly to the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management, staff scheduling, and fulfilment in high-demand, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Interest or background in fitness, wellness, or human performance industries.
- Exceptional organization skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to put the hours in when needed.
- Based in South Florida with the ability to work mainly remotely.
