Requirements for Certified Medication Aide / CNA:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or in the process of becoming certified
- Active Nebraska Certified Medication Aide certification or in the process of becoming certified
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused attitude

Responsibilities of Certified Medication Aide / CNA:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications safely and accurately as directed by licensed nursing staff
- Monitor residents and report any changes in condition
- Document care and medication administration per facility policy
- Answer call lights and provide compassionate resident-centered care
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being
