We are seeking a Civil Division Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination and implementation.

Casco Construction Corporation’s Civil Division is looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee all aspects of site infrastructure. A minimum of 10 years experience, including civil construction work management.

This requires extensive knowledge of TCMs, PCMs, PIAs, grading, underground utilities, roadwork, site concrete and landscaping.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of civil division construction projects from planning to implementation·
• Coordinate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications·
• The ability to multi-task effectively and manage stress load appropriately·
• Ensure safety standards per company Best Practices and OSHA standards are implemented at jobsites and that on-site leadership is enforcing it

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years experience as commercial civil site superintendent
• Reading and comprehending construction plans, specifications, purchase agreements and project scope
• Familiarity with construction management software and Microsoft office products, Buildertrend a plus
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
