JOB SEARCH: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – 2ND SHIFT
Location: Northern Westchester County, NY
Shift: 2nd Shift – 4:00 PM to 12:45 AM
Reports To: Operations Manager
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 (Depending on Experience)
Company Overview:
Our client is a financially stable, long-established manufacturing company with both U.S. and offshore operations. They operate in a DOD aerospace machining environment—pharmaceutical and food backgrounds will not be considered. The facility offers long-term growth potential in a hands-on, production-focused leadership role. Interviews are being scheduled immediately.
Candidate Requirements:
- 5+ years’ supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Mechanical aptitude; CNC experience preferred
- Union shop experience a plus
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a 2nd shift team (approx. 10 employees)
- Oversee production flow, safety, and quality
- Support machine setup and troubleshooting
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and team-oriented environment
