Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist inShiprock, NM for the 25/26 School Year. Youll provide speech therapy services to students, supporting their communication skills for academic success and personal growth.

  • 37.5 hours
  • August 13, 2025 May 21, 2025
  • K-12th grades
  • Evaluate speech, language, and general developmental skills of students.
  • Evaluate and report current levels of ability and recommendations for intervention.
  • Review and discuss medical and developmental case histories with the IEP team to determine individual student needs and strategies.
  • Develop treatment goals and activities for the specific needs of the student, and appropriate equipment or materials to be used in that treatment.
  • Provide consultative, direct therapy services and ongoing support to students in appropriate environments as needed.
  • Provide consultation, training and/or technical assistance to teachers and others involved in the education of students.
  • Document student progress and contact time include therapy logs and Medicaid reports.
  • ONSITE

Required Credentials/Non-Negotiables:

  • Masters Degree with a certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or equivalent in the area of speech-language pathology
  • Professional competency as a speech-language pathologist
  • Current New Mexico licensure as well as NMPED license
