Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
- Build and manage relationships with new clients
- Assess client needs and present appropriate coverage options
- Collaborate with agency leadership and team members to execute sales strategies
- Deliver a high level of service throughout the sales and onboarding process

Requirements
- Insurance Licensing: Active Texas General Agent P&C license required
- Sales Experience: Prior sales experience preferred; insurance industry experience is a plus
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Customer-Focused Mindset: Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional sales production
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
