Responsibilities

What Youll Do:

  • Build and manage relationships with new clients
  • Assess client needs and present appropriate coverage options
  • Collaborate with agency leadership and team members to execute sales strategies
  • Deliver a high level of service throughout the sales and onboarding process

Requirements

  • Insurance Licensing: Active Texas General Agent P&C license required
  • Sales Experience: Prior sales experience preferred; insurance industry experience is a plus
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with clients and team members
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional sales production
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in policy documentation, compliance, and recordkeeping
