Brown Technologies is currently seeking a Senior Analyst - Program and Priorities (FDR) who is a self-starter supporting the Army G-8.

Description

Assesses civilian authorizations, requirements, costing and manpower trends.

Responsibilities

- Conduct manpower staffing/trend analyses across years.

- Perform cost assessments to identify shortfalls.

- Review CICPs and draft EE PEG manpower reviews.

- Conduct EE PEG resource analyses and assess CPA submissions.

- Extract/analyze/display data from cPROBE, COMP, cQUIP, AE2S-M, etc.

Qualifications

Required:

- U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.

- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred).

- 5+ years Army force development experience.

- Domain expertise in Army acquisition/modernization processes.

Preferred:

- RMCT certification with HTAR, AOIC, JCIDS.

- Competencies: problem solving, written communication, planning, professionalism.
