Job Description

Pediatric Occupational Therapist (PRN / Part-Time)
West Nashville, TN \u007C Outpatient Pediatric Clinic

Our Why
PEAK Pediatric Therapy was founded by parents who experienced firsthand the impact of early intervention after their son was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and apraxia of speech. Through that journey, they saw how important quality pediatric therapy is and recognized a gap in services in their community.

They built PEAK to change that.

This clinic was created to provide the level of care they wanted for their own child to other families in West Nashville. That mission continues to guide the care, the culture, and the team.

Our Approach
We believe every child has the potential to thrive. At PEAK Pediatric Therapy, we provide individualized, family-centered care designed to support each child’s development, movement, and overall wellbeing. Our team works closely together and with families to deliver thoughtful, collaborative care.

About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide engaging, patient-centered therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
  • Relational, team-oriented, and passionate about working with children and families
