You will be the first contact with our agents for processing a variety of Forms, TSO Reports, Renewal Inbox updates and etc. Join our team to deliver personalized service that demonstrates the value of being insured by Chubb. Initial and ongoing training will include, but is not limited to, Property and Casualty Insurance principals, Chubb product offerings and all applicable systems and tools that will enable you to be a Champion of Service.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing State Regulated and Business required forms, TSO Reports and Renewal Inbox Updates.
  • Provide superior customer service to all internal/external business partners.
  • Assume ownership and timeliness in handling agent requests in an efficient, accurate and professional manner.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems, while maintaining a pleasant phone experience for the caller
  • Learn with a high regard for accuracy of basic knowledge of personal lines insurance principals and Chubb products (home, auto, valuable articles/collectibles, flood, etc.)
  • Efficiently navigate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze and resolve agent requests & inquiries.
  • Maintain established levels of productivity, service, and quality standards within a fast-paced call center.
  • Works collaboratively with team members, and business partners to provide a quality experience for our agents.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding, effective, and service focused communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within strict time constraints.
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Possesses the ability to work independently and in a team environment to complete assignments in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate commitment to team and departmental goals.
  • Ability to make informed decisions, achieving the appropriate results.
  • Excellent data entry skills are required, along with being detailed oriented.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office systems, Outlook and navigating through multiple systems
  • Property and Casualty insurance experience a plus
  • The ideal team member is someone with an ongoing desire for professional and personal development and is someone who learns with a high regard for accuracy and best-in-class service.
  • Ability to work any shift between the hours of 8am and 5pm EST, M-F based on business need.
    Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing is a plus.
