Job Description

• Perform tailored chiropractic adjustments as the first line of care.
• Collaborate with other providers to determine if additional services support recovery.
• Educate patients on spinal health, lifestyle changes, and long-term prevention.
• Document care accurately and communicate smoothly within the team.
• Participate in case reviews and team meetings to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• Current or soon-to-be-active Alabama chiropractic license.
• Confidence in clinical judgment and chiropractic-first philosophy.
• Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable in a team-oriented setting.
• Open to feedback and clinical development—new grads and experienced DCs welcome.

• Compensation: Base + incentives (expected range $85,000–$100,000 annually).
