Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bead Coater who takes pride in producing high-quality work. In this role, you will prepare materials, apply coating layers, cure parts, and perform precision inspections to ensure each part meets strict quality standards. This is a great role for someone who enjoys hands-on tasks and careful, meticulous work.
What You’ll Do
- Preparation: Set up your workstation, mix materials, and prepare parts for coating.
- Coating Application: Apply thin, even layers of coating and add bead material to create the required texture and thickness.
- Curing: Place coated parts into curing ovens and cool them properly to ensure strong bonding.
- Finishing: Trim edges, touch up thin spots, and ensure each part has a clean, uniform appearance.
- Quality Inspection: Use precision tools to check coating thickness, appearance, and overall quality.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Experience
- Manufacturing experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing or stationary work
- Occasional movement throughout the facility
- Regular handling, adjusting, and inspecting small parts and equipment
- Ability to detect visual details such as labeling and part defects
Working Conditions
- Occasional noise exposure
