Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Administrator with QuickBooks certification to support daily operations and financial recordkeeping. The ideal candidate will be dependable, efficient, and comfortable managing administrative duties while maintaining accurate accounting records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain financial records using QuickBooks
- Process payroll and assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and financial summaries
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide customer support

Qualifications:
- MUST BE QUICKBOOKS CERTIFIED
- Proven experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or office administration
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
