Job Description
The CNA will provide direct care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This includes assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. The CNA will also monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the RN or LPN.
Shift Info:
- 8 Hrs. Day .6a – 2p.
- 7 weeks
- Will be a mix of AM and PM shifts
As soon as possible starts

Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the RN or LPN
- Help patients with mobility and transfers.
- Provide assistance with meals and feeding.
- Collect and record patient data, such as intake and output.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Follow all facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Current CNA certification from a state-approved program
- Current CPR in compliance with the American Heart Association standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and move patients.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in preferred specialty
