\n\nJob Requirements\n

• Active RN license (Medical/Surgical/Telemetry)\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Tele RN experience — telemetry monitoring and acute care experience preferred\n
• BLS certification required\n
• Ability to pass competency testing and health screenings (drug screen, fit test, required immunizations)\n
• Compliance with onboarding requirements (background check, education verification, skills checklist)\n

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit (telemetry RN responsibilities)\n
• Monitor cardiac telemetry and patient status, recognize changes in condition, and escalate appropriately\n
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and document care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n
• Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition\n
• Maintain a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for patients and staff\n
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled\n
